Our government is divided, clinging to the past, and resisting change to expand our rights and privileges. Although the Constitution was enacted to make itself strenuous to amend, the divisive hostilities our elected government has evolved into is to be blamed for halting innovative amendments this century has to offer for the prosperity of our people. Those at the top of our system of government stay in gridlock opposing such new changes. At the same time, more unchecked power has been carelessly given to those who have the ability to control our lives and institutions leading to major abuse of such powers with no accountability. This has resulted in activities from not only superior but inferior governments reinforcing the status quo, consequently preventing major changes to our Constitution and government for our well-being. This Constitution is a reality check to not only the layman, but also to those in power. Our federal government can still remain intact for purposes of defence and ensuring a codified Constitution expanding the rights and privileges for our posterity mandating all inferior governments to comply with it. By preserving these key aspects, our national government will protect our safety and satisfaction. Other than these, there need to be major reforms in devolving more responsibilities to inferior governments, rebuilding the criminal justice system, changing our administration from a punitive to a rehabilitative one, solidifying transparent accountability where no person is above the law, granting power to the People to control their institutions in a collectivistic and individualistic manner, adding more entities to allow for a more effective constitutional amendment process, providing a form of secession as a solution for universal tranquility in avoiding all hostilities in the failure of this Union, a system of reintroduction if needed for our future posterities of this Union, reverting to isolationism, and much more. Being the only author of this Constitution, only one particular viewpoint of eradicating such atrocities can be introduced. Therefore, an amendment section at the end is for you to outline, implement, and write any new, useful proposals with the end goal being to form groups and organizations to spur change in those who have the power to address our grievances. Those not on board can be voted and replaced by those who are willing to advance change for the betterment of this country by their actions rather than their words. Are you on board?
